6 Month Programme
The LIVE. LIFE. BETTER. programme is an ideal first step into coaching if you want to get clear on who you are, what you want from life, and you are ready to create change in your life, but want to really focus and understand core issues that have impeded your progress, this programme is made for you.
With 6 months of focus, this programme builds in flexibility around work and family. Extending the period over 6 months helps to reinforce and amplify the learning and development and time for further focus and reflection. Experience tells us that the 6 month programme works well for many people who prefer to have more time for coaching or shorter sessions, or a mix of both. This helps you develop new ways of thinking, understanding what is holding you back, defining what you are striving for and how you strive for it. It's a peronalised programme,, tailored to your needs. This 6-month programme is designed to help you build a better life that is in line with your wants and needs and tooled to provide you with the emotional, mental, and physical support required for a happier and more fulfilled life.
Understanding you at your best – your identity, happiness, and purpose and how these will help shape your daily experiences; driving you to achieve new goals and leading to who you want to be.
By spending time developing awareness in these areas, you will acquire much greater clarity in all areas of your life and be more committed to living the balanced life you want.
I'll walk beside you, I'll indicate the direction you should go, but I'll not lead the way. That's for you to do, once you know you how to do it.
We'll explore how clear you feel about your life choices to date, and what you want from your life. I'll be your sounding board helping you to identify a clear game plan for achieving what you want and accurately pinpoint when you will do what you need to do to get it. I'm curious, inquisitive and highly resourceful so I can creatively challenge support you when I ask you to step outside your comfort zone - you'll have my unwavering support and commitment to your goals.
We'll uncover those distractions or poor habits causing you to fall off course and what new habits and routines will keep you on track. You'll discover strategies allowing you to approach the hurdles of work and home and help you operate consistently at the peak of your potential.

What's included:
A welcome pack so that I can get to know you in our first meeting and understand your goals for coaching.
During your first session, we will discuss where you are at right now, where you aspire to be and what might be holding you back.
10 x 1-hour coaching sessions, held in person or via Zoom, scheduled every 2 weeks over the 6 months. .
Resources including worksheets, toolkit, techniques and insights designed to help you achieve your goals. We work with you to develop strategies, helping you to put them into action and create habits that allow you to experience an increase in your focus, drive and motivation and be where you want to be.
Email support throughout the programme to enable you to reach out and ask questions as they arise.
